COG-VLBJT038-01 (Ref: AV123Z7M-N17) is a 12.3-inch TFT-LCD module that BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. (BOE) has developed using a-Si TFT-LCD technology. This module incorporates a WLED backlight, but it does not include a backlight driver or touch functionality.

For its backlight unit, the product uses a side-edge type light source with 9S4P WLEDs, although it operates without a separate backlight driver. The module employs an LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) signal interface with 60 pins and uses an FPC connector. It requires driving voltages of 3.5/18/-12.0V (Max.) for VCC/VGH/VGL, and its typical vertical refresh rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
